The new Community Library project should be around 48,000 square feet ulimately, broken into two phases. Phase one should be approximately 20,000-25,000 square feet.

The location of this new library will be at Gabe Nesbitt Park.

The PowerPoint presentation contains slides of both exterior schemes.
