• Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Request by C & C Development, LLC, on Behalf of Wellstone at Craig Ranch, for Approval of a Meritorious Exception for Cooper Life (11 Townhomes), Approximately 3.12 Acres, Located on the Northeast Corner of Dr. Kenneth Cooper Drive and Aerobic Way.
