Kids' Night Out offers recreation and entertainment for kids ages 8-13 in a safe, well supervised, lock-in environment. Come join the fun! Dancing with a live D.J., Gym Games, Basketball, Dodgeball, Scooter Hockey and Football, inflatables, Contests, Special Theme Nights. Win Prize Cards All Night! Cost: $10 (cash only)

Summer Film Series at Myers Park

Humphrey Bogart, Superman, Ferris Bueller, zombies and Oompa Loompas will be featured in the summer film series each Friday beginning tomorrow through Aug. 24 at Myers Park and Event Center, formerly called the Collin County Youth Park.

The park will be open at 6 p.m. every Friday for the entire family. The cost to see the movies is $10 per vehicle, no matter how many people are in the car. The movies will be shown at dusk and cartoon short films will be shown prior to the movie. An open play area will be available for children. Concessions will offer a variety of items, including popcorn, hot dogs and other items, and coolers will not be allowed into the park.
